Information on this website

We aim to explain our services and training options accurately. The catalogue separates published online courses from additional subjects available by enquiry. Availability, delivery format and subscription inclusion may differ; your quotation and agreed service documents set out what is included for your organisation.

Training information is general information. Completing a course does not, by itself, guarantee competence, a professional qualification, regulatory compliance or a particular inspection outcome. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Demonstrations, quotations and trials

Submitting a demonstration request asks our team to arrange a suitable time. It does not confirm an appointment unless we confirm one with you. A quotation request does not itself create a paid subscription.

Our trial is advertised as a 14-day free trial. Trial access and the retention or deletion of trial information are separate matters. Ask us about the applicable trial arrangements before relying on a particular access or data-handling outcome.

Private customer agreements

Customer subscription agreements and data-processing agreements are supplied and agreed privately during the pre-contract process; they are not published in full on this website.

The relevant customer agreement sets out subscription scope, fees, payment arrangements, contract term, renewal, cancellation and service commitments. Those terms are not created by an enquiry or by these website terms. Private agreements do not replace relevant privacy information for enquiries, website services, trial signup or support.

Permitted use

You may browse this website and use its enquiry facilities for legitimate purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, introduce malicious material, interfere with the website or submit information you are not entitled to share.

Website content and branding

Content and branding belong to Elevate or are used with permission or under licence. You may view and share links to public pages. Copying or republishing substantial content, using our branding or suggesting an endorsement requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Client support access

The support portal is for authorised users of existing client organisations. Your organisation’s access permissions determine which requests and files you can view. Keep sign-in details private, do not share passwords or authentication codes, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Support requests should be relevant to the services provided and contain only the information necessary to explain the issue.

Availability and external services

We may update the website or interrupt access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the public website.
